A salon website that keeps the chair full.
Most salons live on Instagram and a phone that rings during a service. We build you a site that sends people straight to the booking, where a deposit holds the slot, answers the price question before it is asked, and shows off the work you are proud of. So while your hands are busy with a client, it keeps taking the booking requests and fielding the questions you would otherwise answer yourself between clients.
What's costing you.
The gaps below are the ones we see over and over in this trade. Each is a customer who was ready to book and quietly went somewhere clearer instead.
No-shows quietly cost you a day's takings
A no-show on a two-hour balayage is not one missed appointment, it is a chair you could have sold twice. When bookings only come through DMs and phone calls, there is nothing holding people to the slot. A site with a proper booking link and a deposit at the point of booking changes the maths, because someone who has paid $20 to hold a Saturday morning tends to turn up for it.
You are running the business out of your Instagram inbox
Instagram is where clients find you, but it is a terrible place to run a diary. Enquiries get buried, the same three questions come in every day, and there is no way for someone to book at 9pm when they finally remember. A grid is not a website. When your only presence is a social account, you are one algorithm change away from being invisible, and you own none of it.
The price list is always out of date
You put your rates up, but the old ones are still living in a highlight, a linktree and a screenshot someone saved last year. Clients arrive expecting the old price, or worse, message to ask because they cannot find a current one. A price that is buried or wrong makes people hesitate, and a hesitating client is one who books somewhere clearer.
Your best work is scattered and unsearchable
The before-and-afters that actually sell a service, the lift on a colour correction, the shape on a set of nails, are lost in a feed a thousand posts deep. New clients cannot browse them by service, and Google cannot read them at all. Your portfolio is your strongest sales tool, and right now it is doing almost none of that work.
What you get.
Every build is set up properly from day one and looked after month to month. Here is what that looks like for your trade.
Your booking system, linked in with click to call
We link the booking tool you already use, or help you pick one, and put it front and centre with a click-to-call button beside it, so the journey from finding you to holding a slot is a couple of taps. Whatever deposit rule your booking tool runs stays in place, so a held Saturday morning is a held Saturday morning.
A live price list that you never edit in three places
Every treatment gets listed with its price and how long it takes, laid out so a new client can scan it in seconds. When your rates change, it changes once and it is right everywhere. On the care plan we make those edits for you, so a seasonal price bump is a two-line message to us, not an afternoon of fixing screenshots.
A before-and-after gallery organised by service
We build a gallery that groups your work by treatment, so someone deciding on lash extensions sees lash extensions, not last week's Christmas promo. It is structured so Google can read and index the images, which quietly helps you show up when people search for the exact look they want.
Every word written for you
Copywriting is included in every plan. We write the service descriptions, the aftercare notes and the answers to the questions your front desk fields all day, in a voice that sounds like your salon, so nothing on the site reads like it was bought off a shelf.
Found by locals searching for what you do
We set up your Google Business Profile, build the site on clean technical foundations, and structure your service pages so you turn up when someone nearby searches for a nail salon or a colourist. Getting found on Google is where new clients who have never heard of you come from.
Click to call and a form for the after-hours enquiry
For the client who would rather phone, there is a tap-to-call button on every page. For the one deciding at midnight, there is an enquiry form that lands in your inbox. Nobody who wants to reach you hits a dead end.
We have already done this for a salon
City Nails & Beauty in Earlville opened with nothing online. We built their site before the doors opened, with a page and a price for every treatment, online booking, tap-to-call and a Google Business Profile in their name. Inside the first month it ranked #2 on Google for “nail salon Earlville” from a standing start, pulled more than 200 clicks straight from search, and even got named by ChatGPT when people asked for a salon nearby. It is the clearest proof we have that a salon site built to be found, not just to look nice, brings in customers who had never heard of you.
What a salon site costs
A single-location salon usually fits Get Found at $2,900, or Get Booked at $4,900, which adds dedicated service pages and ongoing SEO tuned for Google and AI search. Larger salons running on a full book tend to want Get Chosen at $9,900. The build is a one-off fee, and the care plan that hosts it, keeps it secure and handles your price and gallery edits is optional, month to month, with no minimum term. Most salons keep it because it means never touching the tech again, and your domain and email are in your name from day one, so if you ever leave you keep the full site files at no charge.
Common questions.
Straight answers on how we build for your trade. Still stuck, book a call and ask us anything.
Can you connect the booking system I already use?
Yes. Whether you are on Fresha, Timely, Square or something else, we link it into the site with a click-to-call button beside it, so clients go straight from your page to booking. If you have not settled on one, we will talk you through the options and set it up.
Can I take deposits to stop no-shows?
Deposits are handled inside your booking system rather than by the website itself, so if your tool supports them we make sure that step is switched on and sitting in the booking flow. If it does not, we can point you to one that does.
How do I update prices when they change?
On the care plan you send us the new prices and we make the change, usually same day, so it is correct across the whole site at once. There is nothing for you to edit and nothing to break.
Do I still need Instagram?
Keep it. Instagram is great for showing your work and staying front of mind. The website is the part that sends people to the booking, where a deposit holds the slot, and gets you found on Google, which a social feed cannot do. They work best together.
Can you show my before-and-after photos properly?
Yes. We build a gallery grouped by treatment and structured so Google can read the images. If you send us your best shots, we lay them out so a new client can browse the exact service they are considering.
How quickly can my salon be online?
Most salon sites launch in about two weeks once we have your treatment list, prices and photos. We do the heavy lifting, so the main thing we need from you is the content only you can give us.
Let's get your chairs booked out.
